Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ the full cancellation & terms of booking details below: Zoom Sessions: These sessions are non refundable as you are sent a meeting code along with your initial booking confirmation email. Please ensure you are available at the time the session begins as late comers may not be admitted into the session and refunds will not be given. These Sessions are non transferrable. Links to recordings will be emailed after the date of the class and will be live for 14 days to download and keep on your hard drive. After this, the link will no longer be available to I will not be able to resend. Please ensure you check your email address is correct at the time of booking and also check to make sure you've received your download link. If there are any issues, it is important to contact me as soon as possible as I can rectify any issues before the link ceases to be live. If you miss the download deadline, there will be no option to receive a copy of any recordings and refunds will not be given. Screen recording is not permitted at any point and links to downloads are not permitted to be shared with anyone else. Your recording is for your sole use. All recordings and content remain the intellectual property of KF Hair Education. Live Classes: Government social distance guidelines must be adhered too and should masks still need to be worn, they must be at all times whilst indoors. You will be briefed on the morning as to restrictions and guidelines and must be willing to have your temperate taken & details logged for track & trace purposes. It is important that you keep Kelly Furnival informed as to any illness prior to attending. Please note that your booking fee of £200 for live hands on workshops are non refundable from the date of booking. These fees are used to pre order your kit, colour stock for the day and food orders for nibbles & lunch. Full payment is required via bank transfer no later than 14 days prior to the date of the class and you will be invoiced 7 days before your payment is due. Late payments may result in you losing your place along with your booking fee. Please reach out if there are any issues via email at kfhaireducation@gmail.com. Hands on sessions: These incorporate a full day hands on workshop to practice all the techniques and sectioning patterns showcased on the day. Tools and products will all be supplied by us. Just bring yourselves and let us worry about everything else. If you have a favourite tail comb then please feel free to bring that along with you. Don't worry though as we have enough to share around. All attendees must hold a minimum of a Level 2 or the equivalent hairdressing qualification to be accepted onto a class. Evidence of this may be requested. Feel free to get in touch with me about any questions Look & Learn sessions: These are a group session where you will be encouraged to stand, move around the room, get up close and immersive with your educator and ask as many questions as you can. Feel free to take notes, photographs and videos but we ask kindly that you do not share these with anyone else not on the course. We do however encourage lots go pictures and mini videos with the sound off on your social media to show your clients what you're up to and elevate your business.
